As a Patient Care Technician, you'll work alongside nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and create a safe, compassionate environment.
β Assisting patients with personal hygiene and daily care needs
β Supporting mobility, ambulation, repositioning, and patient comfort
β Monitoring and documenting vital signs and patient information in the electronic medical record
β Assisting with admissions, discharges, and patient transfers
β Collecting specimens and performing point-of-care testing as assigned
β Observing and reporting changes in patient conditions
β Supporting patient safety initiatives and infection prevention practices
β Performing clerical duties including answering phones and monitoring unit communication systems
