Wage/Salary Range: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work as required
Hours Per Day: 8–10 hours per day

GrizzlyTrek is currently seeking one Oat Mill Laborer / Maintenance Worker to join our Valued Clients team at an oat milling facility in Edmonton, Alberta. This is a full-time position, ideally suited to an individual with a maintenance background who is committed to safety, reliability, and hands-on work in a production environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general labor duties within the oat milling facility including material handling and production support.
Perform routine maintenance tasks and minor repairs on mill equipment and facility systems.
Operate forklifts to move product, materials, and pallets safely within the facility.
Support plant operations by maintaining clean and organized work areas.
Conduct basic equipment inspections and report maintenance needs to supervisors.
Follow all safety procedures, site policies, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a labor, mill, production, or industrial environment.
Maintenance background or strong mechanical aptitude is required.
Forklift experience is important and ability to safely operate industrial equipment.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for transportation to the worksite.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, standing, and working in an industrial environment.
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in grain handling, milling, or agricultural processing facilities.
Forklift certification or documented operating experience.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance experience.
Work Environment:
Work is performed in an oat milling and grain processing facility.
Environment may include dust, noise, moving machinery, and material handling equipment.
Proper PPE and safety procedures must be followed at all times.
