The Assistant Program Manager provides direct supervision to residential staff in collaboration with the Program Manager. This position assists with all aspects of site operations, including monitoring staff compliance, documentation, ensuring adherence to agency policy and procedures, and promoting an environment that supports client goals and recovery.
In compliance with NYS's Pay Transparency Act, the salary range for this position is listed above. East House considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer. Traditional office environment. Occasionally subjected to pressure due to time demands. Travel within the greater Rochester area. Potential for travel outside of Monroe County.
