$115-135k + 4 weeks holidays

More about our Client:

TalentSphere is partnering with a Revit based client with projects across Canada that requires an experienced Architect to step into a leadership role designing large scale distribution centers, warehouses and cold-storage facilities. Starting as a Team Lead, the successful candidate will later transition into an Associate or Project Director role later. Only Revit based professionals experienced in large scale distribution centers, warehouses (300k+++ SF) & cold storage projects will be considered.

The role:

Reporting to an Associate, they require a seasoned professional who enjoys leading projects, building client relationships and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.

They require an architectural professional with:

• Strong Revit skills on technical construction projects
• 4+ years working in a BIM environment
• Part 3 OBC experience gained on large scale (500k SF) distribution, warehouse or cold storage projects
• Group F2 and F3 occupancies; code analyses for large sprinklered industrial buildings
• Strong understanding of fire separation for mixed use industrial/office occupancies
• Knowledge of stacked racking, conveyer belts, mezzanines and elevated platform areas
• Knowledge of building envelope systems including precast and insulated metal panels, vapor and condensation control; freeze/cooler assemblies
• Experience working in Revit on technical projects across multiple stakeholders
