How you will contribute
The Supply Planning Developer role will support us drive end-to-end development of o9 solutions for Supply Planning and work cross-functional programs. The role requires combination of development experience with o9 along with agile ways of working to ensure seamless planning, execution, and stakeholder communication across business and technology teams.
Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration: Translate business requirements into technical specifications. Good understanding of o9 planning models, including hierarchies, dimensions, measures, and complex planning logic such as capacity constraints and multi-level Bill of Materials (BOM).
Model Optimization: Build and tune "solvers" to optimize supply and production plans. This involves ensuring the platform can handle large SKU volumes and complex global datasets while maintaining high performance.
System Integration: Develop and maintain data pipelines between o9 and enterprise systems like SAP (ECC/S4) and GCP.
User Interface (UI) Development: Create custom workflows, dashboards, and "action buttons" for planners to make the system intuitive and efficient.
Testing & Support: Conduct Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support in defect root cause analysis
o9 Platform Proficiency: Hands-on experience with o9 configuration, data models, and preferably certifications in Supply Planning.
Programming & Scripting: Proficiency in SQL (for data transformation), Python, or PySpark (for mathematical/predictive models).

Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: Typically requires 3+ years of specific o9 platform experience, with mid-to-senior roles often requiring 7–10+ years of overall IT/Supply Chain experience
