Senior role combining o9 platform expertise with integration architecture ownership. Responsible for end-to-end SCM solution design, o9 integration pipelines with module configuration (DP, SP, IBP, S&OE, STD, TLB), , CI/CD, and service management across global planning tracks.

Key Responsibilities

1. Platform Configuration (INT 3.0, IBP, S&OE, STD, TLB Modules)

· Configure o9 Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, SOE, STD, and TLB workflows

· Develop custom planning logic using o9 planning engines and scripting tools (Python, R)

2. Enhancements & CI Initiatives

· Requirements gathering workshops for o9 modules (Demand, Supply, Allocation, Replenishment, S&OP, IBP)

· Fit-gap analysis, BRDs/FRDs, user stories, UAT, and collaboration with development teams

· Design, configure, and test o9 solutions; support integrations with SAP S/4HANA via CI-DS, EDI, IDocs

3. Integration Architecture Ownership

· Own end-to-end integration architecture across all planning tracks

· Design inbound/outbound data transformations, orchestration, inter-tenant data transfer mechanisms

· Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and data integrity across o9 environments

4. o9 Data Model & Planning Engine Design

· Build master data structures and key figures (demand signals, capacity constraints)

· Optimize pegging rules, supply allocation strategies, exception management workflows

· Configure Scenario Manager for what-if analysis

5. Integration & Data Engineering

· Design data pipelines using Talend, Kafka, REST APIs to sync o9 with SAP ECC, APO, BPC

· Validate data quality via o9 Loader; troubleshoot integration errors with IT teams

· CI/CD pipeline design and automation for integration deployments

6. Batch Orchestration & Technical Leadership

· Design and implement batch orchestration for all planning tracks

· Serve as SME and technical leader; lead end-to-end SCM solution implementations

· Mentor junior team members; conduct code reviews; enforce coding standards

7. Scenario Management & Analytics

· Develop interactive dashboards using o9's KPI Engine (forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory turnover)

· Configure exception alerts for stockouts, excess inventory, production bottlenecks

8. Testing, Validation & Support

· Execute unit, integration, and UAT testing for o9 configurations

· Resolve post-go-live issues via ServiceNow (Level 2/3 support)

9. Service Management

· Ensure SLA compliance, root cause analysis, change/release management adherence

· Weekly/monthly stakeholder reviews; escalation management; continuous improvement planning

· Support transition to new major releases/rollouts; out-of-hours support during critical incidents

10. Documentation & Training

· Create technical playbooks (data mappings, calculation logic, user permissions)

· Train regional planners on o9 Tag UI, Workflow Designer, and Scenario Manager

Qualifications

Education

· Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field

Experience

· Minimum 2–3 end-to-end SCM product implementations as Technical Architect

· At least 8 years of SDLC experience with emphasis on big data architecture and solution design

Technical Skills

· o9 Platform: Modeler, Workflow Designer, Data Ingestion, KPI Engine, Scenario Manager

· Integration Tools: Snowflake, Talend, Kafka, REST APIs, SAP CPI, Oracle OIC

· Programming: Python, PySpark, SQL, SSIS Packages

· Data Formats & Frameworks: Parquet, JSON, HDFS, Delta Lake, Hive, Presto

· Cloud: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud

· Workflow Tools: Airflow, SSIS, Apache NiFi (preferred)

· Version Control: GitHub, Azure DevOps

· Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, o9 native dashboards

· Tools: SQL, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint/Visio

Preferred Experience

· End-to-end o9 implementations

· Supply chain domain knowledge in FMCG/consumer goods

· Certifications: o9 Solutions, SAP Integration, or Kinaxis Rapid Response

· Exposure to AI/ML-driven demand sensing or control tower frameworks

· Agile/Scrum methodology with Jira board management
