As a change manager, you willdrive change managementfor theprojectacross business units inAMEA,ensuring changes get embraced,adoptedand sustained.
How you will contribute
You will:
Act as a change partner and be accountable for change managementforend-to-enddemandplanningfor the region
Work with leadersand usersto emphasize case for change
Createlocalizedchange plansandsupport BU implementation leads toexecute activities
Identifyand assess the change impacts, with follow up change action plans
Plan and support executionofchange management interventionsincluding but not limited tostakeholder engagement, change readiness assessments,capability building, and developing asustainableadoption metrics framework.
Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders andBUimplementation leads
Measure,monitorand reportthe ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies
Drive stakeholder engagement and manage communications to bring visibility
Coordinate training efforts across the business units
What you will bring
A desire to lead the future for our company and accelerate yourcareer with experience and knowledge in:
10+ years’ experiencemanaging change initiatives in a global corporate environment
Experience managing and influencingseniorstakeholders& mid-management
Knowledge, experience,and exposure to best practices in change management
Creativity and experience usinglatestcommunication and learning tools
A passion for changeandnot afraid to roll up your sleeves
Experienceinlarge scale supply chain transformationhighlypreferred
Functional knowledge ofcommercial anddemandplanning processes preferred
