Whatyou’lldo

As an O2R Practitioner,you’llworksidebysidewith a dedicated police officer and local partners to:

  • Reach and engage people in custody,prisonand the community

  • Support individuals into the right treatment pathway – from rehab to community support

  • Build strong, trusting relationships that motivate change

  • Coordinate multiagency responses to reduce reoffending

  • Track progress,outcomesand the impact of your work

  • This is a dynamic role where every day is different, and every conversation can change a life.

Whatwe’relooking for

  • Experience supporting people affected by substance use

  • Strong communication, assessment andrelationshipbuildingskills

  • Confidence working across agencies and in the community

  • A flexible, proactive approach and a commitment torecoveryfocusedpractice
    Police vetting and travel across Solihull arerequired
