Whatyou’lldo
As an O2R Practitioner,you’llworksidebysidewith a dedicated police officer and local partners to:
Reach and engage people in custody,prisonand the community
Support individuals into the right treatment pathway – from rehab to community support
Build strong, trusting relationships that motivate change
Coordinate multiagency responses to reduce reoffending
Track progress,outcomesand the impact of your work
This is a dynamic role where every day is different, and every conversation can change a life.
