1. 大客户管理与关系深化:
· 独立负责全国性重点客户的全面管理,包括客户开发、谈判、签约及长期关系维护。
· 深入理解客户的业务模式、痛点及发展需求,从供给,商家运营,平台运营制定方案并完成销售目标,成为客户信赖的顾问。
· 与客户采购和高层建立并维持稳固的战略合作伙伴关系。
2. 解决销售方案与价值链传递:
· 精通 “闪电仓 ”(包含软件系统、硬件设备、运营方案等)的产品知识与价值链。
· 能够为客户量身定制具有竞争力的、可落地的智慧解决方案。
· 高效组织并主导产品演示、技术交流、方案宣讲及商务谈判,清晰传递解决方案的商业价值。
3. 跨部门协同与项目推动:
· 作为客户在公司内部的代言人,高效协同产品、技术、运营、项目实施等内部团队。
· 确保从销售到交付的无缝衔接,推动项目顺利落地,保障客户满意度。
· 收集并反馈客户需求与市场动态,驱动产品与服务的持续优化。
4. 销售管理与数据分析:
· 深入分析全国闪电仓市场动态,识别全国范围内的战略机会与潜在客户。
· 协助闪电仓负责人从 0到 1开拓新市场和新客户。协助区域闪电仓销售、及行动计划的落地。
· 熟练使用 outlook, excel, PPT等软件,每周追踪销量完成进度和订单满足率,定期提交销售预测与工作报告。
· 对销售数据、市场趋势进行深度分析,为管理层的战略决策提供数据支持。
本科及以上学历,5年以上大客户销售或KA管理经验,1年以上闪电仓客户管理销售经验。熟悉闪电仓、新零售等领域,有成熟客户资源者优先。
· 具备出色的 新客户开拓能力 和 从0到1的项目运作经验,有成功的全国性大客户攻克案例。
· 具备出色的沟通协调能力和商务谈判技巧,能够与大客户采购和高层建立良好的合作关系。具备良好的团队协作精神和项目管理能力,能够统筹协调内部资源,推动项目顺利实施
· 具有较强的市场洞察力和应变能力,能够快速响应市场变化和客户需求。
· 愿意接受全国范围内高频出差(预计50%以上工作时间)。
