Job Description

主要职责

  • O2O渠道战略制定:根据品牌发展战略,制定并优化O2O渠道生意战略,包括线上平台和线下门店整合,提升品牌在各渠道的覆盖率和市场份额。
  • 市场分析与洞察:进行深入的市场趋势、竞争对手分析、消费者行为研究,为品牌提供有价值的见解和战略建议,支持全年/季度选品建议和TA洞察。
  • 营销活动策划与执行:与跨职能团队紧密合作,将营销整合到公司的全面营销日程中,建立互补的技能和杠杆,提高资源投资效率,线上转化率。
  • 业务分析和KPI监控:制定O2O全年和阶段性生意驱动重点KPI,闭环追踪KPI达成率,帮助区域一起提升KPI表现,驱动生意增长。
  • 与跨部门同事合作,处理与战略制定,在线ND/TDP扩展和活动设计,执行和审查。为了最大限度地提高MDLZ核心品牌的曝光率和消费者教育,与内容团队合作,以更高的效率处理运营内容。

岗位要求:

  • 本科及以上学历,5年以上知名快消品公司销售经验
  • 3年以上贸易营销经验,有O2O经验者优先
  • 较强的业务计划和沟通能力
  • 能够管理多个不同的利益相关者
  • 学习能力强;自我激励;结果驱动的
  • 良好的数据分析和表达能力
