The O2C Middle East and Africa (MEA) Operations Performance Lead is responsible for overseeing and optimising Order to Cash operations, ensuring delivery of key performance metrics such as DSO, cash flow and bad debt within a controlled environment.
The role focuses on improving operational performance, reducing financial risk, enhancing productivity and driving continuous improvement across the region. It works closely with the Global Process Owner to identify opportunities for automation, improve tools, and strengthen processes that support business value and performance.
This position leads both internal and external teams, including managing the relationship with the BPO provider, ensuring service delivery, alignment of KPIs and continuous optimisation. The role partners across functions and markets to ensure effective execution of Order to Cash processes across the MEA region.
Oversee Order to Cash operations across MEA, ensuring delivery of key financial and operational metrics and alignment with business objectives.
Manage relationships with the BPO provider, monitor performance, align KPIs and ensure efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.
Lead performance management through defining KPIs and regional targets, monitoring results, identifying improvement areas and coordinating corrective actions across markets.
Lead governance forums and provide regular performance insights, reporting and recommendations to regional stakeholders.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Treasury, IT) to improve collaboration, remove process gaps and support transformation initiatives.
Work with Global Process Owner and technology teams to identify opportunities for system improvements and automation.
Drive operational excellence by analyzing processes, reducing inefficiencies and promoting standardisation and best practices across the region.
Manage financial aspects of service delivery, including budgeting, forecasting and cost optimisation.
Ensure implementation of controls and compliance processes, supporting risk management, fraud prevention and regulatory requirements.
Act as escalation point for operational and financial risks and support implementation of regional initiatives in credit control and accounts receivable.
Lead and develop teams, supporting capability building, performance management and succession planning, while fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
Experience in Order to Cash / Accounts Receivable processes, including process improvement and end-to-end understanding.
Experience working in a global and matrix organisation and collaborating across functions.
Experience managing large-scale processes, systems or transformation initiatives.
Understanding of process design, standardisation and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma).
Ability to analyse processes, identify improvements and support implementation.
Experience working with stakeholders across business and operations, with ability to communicate effectively and support delivery of process outcomes.
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at different levels.
Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to translate strategy into actions and support team delivery.
Experience working with BPO providers and in outsourced environments is an advantage.
Knowledge of O2C processes and internal controls.

Remuneration: from 17 183 to 23 627 PLN gross/monthly.
