The Order to Cash Data & Analytics expert is a data driven role focus on performance. This role involves implementing company’s data governance strategy, leading & managing analytics projects, and ensuring data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role liaises with multiples teams in an international and global context, mainly Global Process leads, Operational hub teams, Digital, Business system owners, Data process automation COE to deploy Best in Class processes, solutions within Business Operations Service tower Finance – Order to Cash team.
Main responsibilities:
Create and enhance an interactive and user-friendly analytical framework through standard dashboards, KPIs and reports to monitor efficiencies, deviations, process adherence to provide actionable insights
Guarantee adoption and deep understanding within the organization. Teach and train impacted users to democratize data usage. Provide a first level of analysis providing insights to the Global Process leads, Business system owner and Hubs teams to answer to key business questions
Translating business needs to Power BI visualization, draft user stories into tasks for developers. Responsible for collection, analysis, and translation of data to drive business performance, with a significant focus on ensuring data governance is implemented to maintain data quality, classification, privacy, and compliance.
Connect data-related issues with their business impacts, and make decisions regarding the data assets' quality, access and usage. Ensure data governance is implemented to maintain data quality, classification, privacy, and compliance.
Assist in the resolution of definition conflicts within and between processes. Ensure data quality rules are applied to each data asset. Champion resolution (at source) to address quality issues and liaise with other DML's on cross-functional/cross-process data management related issues ensure data assets are secured based on classification and attribute level where applicable. Review data sharing within and across processes
Maintain high quality, consistent and accurate master and reference data within and between processes, systems and applications where applicable. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data collected from various internal and external sources
About you:
Experience: 6 -10 years´ experience in Analytics or similar. Strong knowledge of at least one of the following processes: customer master data, Order management, Claims management. Good business acumen.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience of Snowfalke Power BI, RPA is critical. Solid SAP knowledge is a must. Experience of Agile working ways, knowledge on Jira / Confluence is an advantage.
Interpersonal skills: Excellent stakeholder management skills. Excellent written and oral communication & interpersonal skills. Self-starter, initiative-taker, and ability to work independently under pressure and deliver high level of customer service. Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills. Ability to train, promote, and develop clear and concise presentations.
Languages: Excellent English written and verbal.
