This is a role within the Castrol organisation, and the successful candidate will become part of the Castrol ring-fence. If you are part of the ring-fence, it is expected that your employment will move with Castrol to new ownership.
About the role:
Lead and enhance the overall O2C process leveraging competitiveness opportunities within systems innovation and Touchless ambitions.
Primary communicator and link between stakeholders and Competitiveness deployment teams.
Lead and coordinate improvement opportunities identification within processes and systems in support of business Competitiveness.
Define the longer-term improvement opportunities and work with external leaders with vision to define best in class ways of working.
As O2C Process Owner, manage the change impact of “other” projects so that they are aligned with strategic direction – e.g. Nextgen portal.
Shift Timing: 12:30 pm - 9:30 pm (Oct-Mar) / 11:30 am - 8:30 pm (Apr-Sep)
Key Responsibilities:
Education:
Graduate or equivalent with substantial experience in the lubricants, CPG or chemical industry, with the functional and leadership skills and capability needed to manage business transformation.
