Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Pricing Analyst to join our New Zealand Bid Services team. This newly created, full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems and contributing within a collaborative environment.

Based at our Porana Road office in Hillcrest, Auckland, you will support the preparation and review of pricing information for tenders and other commercial opportunities. You will receive guidance and structured development from experienced team members as you build your technical capability, commercial awareness and understanding of Green by Nature’s operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with updating and maintaining pricing models under the guidance of senior team members.
• Gather, organise and review internal operational, historical and pricing data.
• Support the preparation of pricing schedules and other tender documentation.
• Check formulas, inputs and calculations to help ensure pricing information is complete and accurate.
• Assist with basic pricing comparisons and scenario analysis as skills and experience develop.
• Prepare straightforward reports and summaries for the Bid Services team and other internal stakeholders.
• Maintain pricing templates, records and data libraries in line with established processes.

About You:

You will be naturally curious, comfortable working with numbers and motivated to build a career in pricing and commercial analysis. You do not need extensive industry experience, as training and support will be provided. What matters most is your attention to detail, willingness to learn and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.

You will ideally have:

• A qualification in Business, Commerce, Data Analytics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical capability.
• An interest in developing a career in pricing, data analysis or commercial services.
• Good numerical reasoning and confidence working with data.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, with a willingness to develop more advanced capability.
• Strong attention to detail and a careful, methodical approach.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines with guidance and support.
• Clear communication skills, a collaborative attitude and a willingness to ask questions and learn.
