NWE OS Services Deal Value AdvisorThis role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

The primary responsibility of the NWE OS Services – Deal Value Advisor (DVA) is to act as interface between Customer / OS Sales and Back Office (Q2C, MCCO, Compliance team, GDS, Tax) for a number of selected deals where there is complex renewals / new business engagements

As a Deal Value Advisor, you

  • Drive quality discussions between OS Sales and Back-office teams for all to understand, and confirm, what is requested and what can be expected from an execution / TAT perspective.
  • Do follow up checks to ensure we do what was promised, as it is linked to customer outcomes
  • Check feedback / outputs from back office to ensure no mistakes come in front of our OS Sales, or worst, will be sent to the customer
  • Make recommendations on process, tool and skills improvements that will help improve (internal / external) customer satisfaction, TAT, and order generation
  • Look for up-sell opportunities while working on complex deals
  • Work with country OS Sales to better understand selected customers business environment
  • For selected deals, understand the Infrastructure covered and SLAs, and how this is aligned to companies’ business objectives and HPE strategies
  • Look for up-sell opportunities and bring them in front of the account team / OS Sales rep
  • Help OS Sales define the needs for future Quote creation and up-sell
  • Work with Customer Operations to ensure High Quality Quote creation
  • Check quotes against defined needs and, where needed work with Customer Operations to make necessary changes before the Quote reaches country OS Sales
  • Act as interface between countries and Customer Operations relating to defined, more complex, renewals / conversions
  • Articulate needs of the countries to CO teams
  • Check complex quotes (Quality Assurance) before they are going to the countries

  • NWE Services HQ Leadership team
  • OS Sales and Business teams
  • Back-office teams: CO, MCCO, GDC, DGD, Compliance, Tax

External:

  • Customers / Partners (where applicable)

Other requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in verbal and written English
  • Detail oriented with a structured work approach and an orientation towards solutions
  • Detailed knowledge of Contract Renewals (Complex Quotes / Multi Country Quotes)
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft standard applications and HPE specific tools
  • Ability to operate effectively within a virtual (cross-cultural) team
