The Product Manager is responsible and accountable for product management, marketing activities including strategy and tactical plan, projects for China markets across franchises.
Responsibility also covers strategic execution, contribution to franchise training, Product line forecasts, budget, business planning.
In collaboration with China Sales Team the emphasis of this role is on setting up China marketing intelligence system, developing solution selling tools, driving change and innovation and executing on a level that benefits the entire organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (Detailed Description)
Independently develop, key China business planning activities and ensure accuracy and conformity in forecasting and supply chain, operations and budget management.
Within portfolio, identify potential markets to support dedicate franchises (Hemorrhagic or Ischemic)
Develop solution selling program & procedural kits.
Communicate with International marketing counterparts and assist in preparing at business planning team meetings
Partner with China Regional Sales management to execute therapy development programs, to formulate franchise market segmentation, product positioning, messaging, concept-marketing techniques and branding activities Develop tools and channel strategy and enhance key opinion leader relationships
Contribute to setting market development and planning priorities, understanding key industry dynamics and trends and in formulating strategy and concept messaging techniques
Cooperate sales training program for the franchise portfolio, ensuring best in class new hire training, and providing additional training where required
Attends relevant scientific and technical meetings and conferences
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements
Education & Experience
Undergraduate degree required Medical, Business. MBA preferred.
At least 5 years of successful health care industry experience, and over 1 year experience of marketing position. Branding management experience preferred
Demonstrated success managing a product line from concept design through product launch is a prefer
Ability to lead projects and execute through others
Physical & Mental Requirements:

Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization Able to develop clear & logical plans for self and/or others
