What you will do

As the New Vehicle Preparation Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in the Order‑to‑Delivery (O2D) process, ensuring new vehicles flow smoothly from order confirmation through logistics, preparation, and final customer delivery.

You’ll work closely with Sales Account Managers, logistics partners, workshops, and the wider Scania network, making sure every vehicle is prepared, documented, and delivered to Scania’s high standards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, accuracy, coordination, and accountability.

You will be responsible for;

  • Coordinating new vehicle logistics, preparation, and delivery activities end‑to‑end
  • Managing and maintaining accurate work‑in‑progress (WIP)
  • Ensuring all technical, legal, and customer‑specific requirements are confirmed and communicated ahead of delivery
  • Performing advance vehicle checks to avoid downstream issues
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth, on‑time delivery

Who you are

Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will help you to drive positive business outcomes along with the following:

  • Experience in automotive, transport, logistics, fleet, or vehicle preparation environments
  • Strong exposure to administration, coordination, or order‑to‑delivery processes
  • Comfortable sharing information, supporting others, and contributing positively to team outcomes
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Able to take ownership and see tasks through to completion
