2. Optimize the noise of electrical drives: analyze for the main excitation, resonance modal, structure weak points...contributing the noise level, and find the optimized design for NVH otpimization
对现有电机噪声进行优化:找出影响噪声水平的主要激励源/共振模态/结构弱点......,并找出降低噪声的优化设计方案;
3. Lead NVH development for new products: Set up NVH targets with project team, Cooperate with design engineerfor NVH design, Identify possible NVH risks w/ support of simulation engineer, Find the solution for NVH problemduring sample phase, and Ensure the NVH target achievement.

Requirement:
1. Master degree or above in Mechanical engineer, acoustics or related;
硕士以上学历,机械、声学或相关专业;
2. Solid theoretical knowledge on vibration mechanics and signal process;
扎实的振动力学和数字信号处理知识;
3. 2 years or above work or research experience on NVH related topics;
2年以上NVH 工作或课题经验;
4. Good communication skills in English, both oral and written;
良好的英语口语和写作技能。
5. Knowledge and experience on electrical drives is preferred.
有电机相关知识和经验者优先。
