The NVH Structures Lead Engineer leads the analysis and
development of the vehicle structure to meet structural NVH performance
targets. Focus areas include body and chassis modes, isolation efficiency,
dynamic stiffness, and modal optimization across architecture and system
levels.

Lead structural NVH simulations and correlation
activities.
·
Analyze and optimize body, chassis, and mounting
systems for NVH isolation.
·
Collaborate with BIW, Chassis, and Powertrain
teams on dynamic integration.
·
Identify critical paths for structure-borne
noise and propose design solutions.
·
Define dynamic stiffness targets for key
subsystems.
·
Define system-level and component-level test
procedures.
·
Support lab and road test NVH investigations
related to structure.
·
Maintain structural NVH simulation database and
documentation.
·
Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, or
Structural Dynamics
·
6+ years’ experience in structural NVH, CAE, and
integration
·
Proficiency in CAE tools (e.g., Nastran,
OptiStruct, HyperMesh, ABAQUS)
·
Hands-on experience with NVH test methods and
isolation metrics
·
Strong communication and cross-functional
engagement skills
