In this role, you will be instrumental in the Vehicle Performance Department, using your extensive skills to process and analyze large volumes of data. You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Engineering, Quality Control and VINFAST suppliers, to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.

• 
  Own the delivery of NVH
  performance targets aligned with vehicle attribute objectives.
• 
  Lead root cause analysis and
  drive resolution of complex NVH issues across vehicle systems (powertrain,
  chassis, body, etc.).
• 
  Direct validation and testing
  strategy for NVH-related performance.
• 
  Collaborate with Chief Engineers
  and other attribute leaders (thermal, comfort, range, etc.) to balance
  trade-offs.
• 
  Mentor and technically guide
  engineering team members
• 
  Be the VinFast interface with
  global experts and global forums
• 
  Drive innovation in NVH
  materials, design practices, and simulation techniques.
• 
  Represent NVH in program reviews,
  gateways, and supplier engagements.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelors or Masters Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or
  Acoustics Engineering.
• 
  10+ years of experience in vehicle NVH development, testing, or
  integration.
• 
  Proven ability to lead technical teams and resolve complex
  cross-functional issues.
• 
  Strong understanding of NVH test methods, CAE tools, and design
  implications.
• 
  Excellent communication and program management skills.
• 
  Familiar with problem solving methods
• 
  Experience in EV or hybrid vehicle NVH.
• 
  Global project or OEM experience.
