职位描述

-Work on generating multiple CAE models with received meshing files, including TB (Trimmed Body) with dedicated processes.
-Responsible for multi -analyses on BIG (Body in Grey), TB for modal analysis, attachments dynamic stiffness, transfer function (NTF/VTF) and FV (full vehicle) analysis.
-Work on issues root cause analysis with specific CAE methodologies and delivery feasible resolutions with cross-functions.
-Support critical structure-borne noise and vibration validation issue resolutions as needed
-Cooperate with test engineer for test and CAE correlation and make assessments on improving modeling and analyses techniques.
-Be an active member of NVH team and mentor other engineers with providing guidance and direction to ensure structure-borne noise and vibration simulation engineering competences, tools, methodologies and best practices are state of the art.

职位要求

-Expertise in standard CAE tool set (OPTISTRUCT, pre- and post-processors from Altair Hyper Works /ANSA/META), CAE tool script development will be given priority, such as Python.
-Good knowledge and expertise on methodologies of vehicle Modes, structure stiffness, transfer functions, ODS analysis, MPA/PPA, GPA etc.
-3 years + experience in structural and NVH Finite Element Analysis within an automotive product development environment.
-Excellent engineering foundation and highly analytical problem solve.
-Physics AI or Engineering AI skill will be given priority.
-Good communication and collaboration skills.
-Positive attitude, courage and knowledge to meet challenges.
-Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
-Fluent English (Oral & Written)
-Basic use of MS Office
