职位描述
主要职责： 1. 工厂端问题跟进与数据采集 - 负责PT1至SOP+3阶段工厂车辆NVH问题跟踪，按要求采集异响、敲击等一致性数据，并提交工程师分析。 - 执行工厂端偶发性问题（如clunk异响）的现场测试与数据记录。 2. 台架与整车现场支持 - 台架端：跟进总成本体问题，完成测试数据采集、基础分析及异常记录（如异音分析）。 - 整车端：处理匹配耦合问题（如副车架/悬置支架），采集耦合数据并初步处理。 3. 驻点与应急响应 - 项目驻点期需参与签到，作为常驻人员及时响应突发事项。 - 负责SOP下线车辆NVH一致性评审。 任职要求： 1.技术能力 - 掌握NVH测试设备操作及数据采集流程。 - 具备基础数据处理能力（如异响频谱分析）。 2.经验 - 1年以上制造业现场支持经验，汽车行业优先。 - 熟悉电驱系统结构或NVH测试场景者优先。 3.软技能 -主动性：及时汇报进展，主动承担任务。 -抗压能力：高效响应突发问题，适应产线快节奏。 -沟通协作：清晰传递问题，协同工程师闭环事项。
