About the role
The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused, providing exceptional customer service to our client based in Hendeson and Perth CBD this is a 4on 4off rotating Nights and Days. You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, be the face of MSS Security. Additionally, there are prospects for advancement to a security supervisor position, which will be further elaborated upon during interviews.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Maintain focus and observe the activities associated with asset protection
Perform screening of all personnel entering premises
Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems
Provide exceptional customer service
Enforce rules and bi-laws, including moving people on where necessary
Perform incident reports and record occurrences where required
Skills and experience
You must hold a current NV1 clearance for this role
Must be an Australian citizen
Certificate II in Security Operations and WA security license
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Current WA driver’s license (C- class is preferred)
