Undertake general safety and security duties, working on a 3 week rotating roster for our prestigious client, located in Lithgow.

About the role

MSS Security is looking for a NV1 Cleared Security Officer to work in our high profile client site in Lithgow, NSW The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Concierge / commercial building security

• Access control and monitor CCTV

• Responding professionally, courteously and promptly to all customer enquiries

• Direct and escort visitors to site

• Visitors sign in/induction and key Registers and issue of keys.

• The identify and report building maintenance issues.

• Conduct foot patrol internal and external.

Skills and Experience

• Certificate II in Security Operations & current First Aid certificate

• Current NSW Security licence

• NV1 Clearance (Must Have)

• Excellent customer service and communication

• The ability to work with minimal supervision and within a team environment.

• Integrity and sound judgment
