Job Description

Aramark are recruiting for a Nutritional & Culinary Administrator to join our team at one of our key client sites in Hollyhill, Cork. Reporting to the Nutritional Manager, you will be responsible for collecting, reviewing, formatting, and publishing menus across internal platforms, ensuring all nutritional, dietary, and allergen information is accurate and up to date.

This is a fast-paced role requiring excellent attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with culinary, nutrition, and operational teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Collect, format, edit, and publish menus across internal systems and apps.
• Ensure all menu prices, allergen information, and dietary details are accurate.
• Upload menu images and maintain a database of recipes and photographs.
• Liaise with chefs and culinary teams to gather menu information and verify dish components.
• Support the management and presentation of digital menu platforms.
• Communicate regularly with nutrition and culinary teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide administrative support to the Nutritional Manager and wider business.
• Maintain accurate records for auditing and compliance purposes.
• Assist with team cover and support during periods of leave or increased workload.
• Skills & Experience Required

Qualifications

Essential

• Degree in Nutrition or a related field.
• Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of allergens, dietary requirements, and food safety practices.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Desirable

• Experience working within a food service, hospitality, or catering environment.
• Familiarity with menu management systems and digital platforms.
