The Board of Education, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent of Schools, shall employ the Food Service Worker. The annual period of service is 185 days. This is a non-contract, at-will position. The Fair Dismissal Act does not apply to this position.
PRIMARY FUNCTION: To prepare and serve nutritionally adequate meals to students, staff and visitors in an efficient and courteous manner.

High School diploma or equivalent desired.
Performance of this job shall be evaluated annually in accordance the provisions of the board's policy in evaluation of classified personnel
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: To perform the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, and frequently use hands. Lifting up to 30 pounds may be required on an occasional basis. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required of this job include close vision and distance vision
