As the Nutrition Sales Director for our Sam’s Club business, you will play a strategic role in expanding Coca‑Cola’s nutrition portfolio and shaping how we bring value to one of the most influential retail partners in the country. Our Coca‑Cola North America Operating Unit works at the forefront of retail and shopper engagement, committed to delivering irresistible brands that resonate with today’s consumers. In this role, you will partner directly with Sam’s Club leadership and cross-functional teams within Coca‑Cola to accelerate innovation across our portfolio—chilled favorites like Simply and Fairlife Ultra‑Filtered Milk as well as shelf‑stable offerings such as Fairlife Nutrition Plan and Core Power. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for building relationships, leveraging data for insights, and driving results through collaboration. What You’ll Do for Us
Develop and execute an integrated account business plan that aligns customer and Coca‑Cola growth objectives.
Lead customer business planning sessions to frame shared priorities, joint investments, and innovation opportunities.
Serve as the primary point of coordination for Sam’s Club nutrition initiatives, enabling seamless communication across commercial, marketing, and operational teams.
Partner with supply chain and replenishment functions to ensure availability, service quality, and efficiency across all execution points.
Monitor nutrition category dynamics and competitor activity, delivering insights that inform planning and strengthen customer engagement.
Drive analytics-based recommendations using syndicated and customer data to ensure decisions are grounded in consumer behavior and market performance.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to bring new products, packaging, and merchandising ideas to market with speed and precision.
Champion sustainability and regenerative practices within customer programs to align with Coca‑Cola’s environmental commitments.
Support long-range growth planning and incorporation of innovation into annual and mid-term business strategies.
Enable effective promotional and pricing programs that deliver incremental value for the customer and the Coca‑Cola system.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
8+ years of experience in national account sales or account management within beverage or consumer packaged goods categories.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex customer relationships and deliver annual growth targets.
Expertise in creating and executing Joint Business Plans and aligning resources to shared goals.
Proficiency in leveraging data analytics platforms and customer insights for planning and decision-making.
Deep understanding of customer operations, replenishment systems, and supply chain dynamics; experience with tools like Retail Link/Madrid preferred.
Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills supported by data-driven rationale.
Strong capabilities in cross-functional leadership to align marketing, commercial, and operational strategies.
High digital fluency including CRM systems and advanced reporting tools; knowledge of AI applications in planning and forecasting is a plus.
Ability to anticipate market trends, adapt strategies quickly, and maintain resilience in dynamic retail environments.
