Merit System Classification:
Primary responsibilities include promoting the health and nutrition program for women, infants and children; and to determine program participant eligibility, provide nutrition and health counseling and education to clients of the program as well as persons in the community.

Bachelor's degree with a major in food and nutrition, clinical nutrition, dietetics or a closely related field: or current licensure as a registered nurse.
