Gain new business and growing existing business through engaging and raising brand awareness to HCPs under territory management.

General Responsibilities

• Contribute to the short term and long-term growth of dedicated products in territory by increasing awareness among Health Care Professionals
• Gain new business and grow existing business through a multichannel, customer engagement strategy that builds HCPconfidence in and loyalty to dedicated products.
• ncreased brand relevance and usage in healthcare institutions by updating and sharing the latest nutrition information
• Conduct product demonstrations and emphasize saleable features/customer benefit
• Expand HCP’s knowledge of nutritional interventions and the measurable benefits of dedicated products, anticipate and manage objections, and gain clear commitment to recommending dedicated products and other brand-building activities
• Monitor on daily sales performance to achieve overall business growth KPI
• Drive new active outlet
• Track self-progress against key performance indicators and sales plans and review daily sales activities performed
• To manage day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Call/visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, gain demonstrations and quotation opportunities.

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Nutrition knowledge/skill set is a plus
• Persuasive selling and negotiation skill
• (HCP) management and engagement skill
• Ability to do clearly communicate

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Background, Nurse, Pharmacy is a plus, and or related other field
