Nut Former

Available Shifts:

• 1st Shift (4AM-230PM)
• 2nd Shift (230PM-1AM)
• Saturday OT may be required

Salary Range: $30.99-$52.69 dependent on individual knowledge, skill level, and demonstrated experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Performs set-up operation process for nut form production equipment
• Utilizes drawings, work orders, and blueprints to produce quality parts
• Performs regular in process inspections, utilizing precision measurement equipment as needed (micrometers, calipers, gages, etc.)
• Upholds site safety standards and standard operating procedures to prevent accidents, injuries, and equipment malfunctions
• Completes required production logs and other related documentation with accuracy
• Communicate urgent needs related to tooling and troubleshooting

May be required to participate in regular department training and/or conduct training with new department employees

Basic Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience running nut form production machinery (nationals/jern yao)
• Proficient use of precision measurement tools (mics, calipers, gages, etc.)
• Ability to read blueprints and work orders
• Must be able to read/write in English

Physical Requirements:

• Must have to ability to stand, lift, bend, kneel for duration of shift
• Must be able to work in non-temperature controlled environment
• Must have the ability to work with and around heavy metal materials
