We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to join our 141-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Boston, Massachusetts
This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through clinical leadership, staff supervision, resident advocacy, and collaboration with our interdisciplinary care team. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing care and nursing personnel across the facility during their assigned shift while helping ensure residents receive the responsive, individualized care they deserve.
Our community serves both Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care residents, including individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, as well as those requiring ongoing skilled nursing support.
