We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Nursing Supervisor to join our 85-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community in Mattapan, Massachusetts
This role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact through clinical leadership, nursing staff supervision, resident advocacy, and collaboration with our interdisciplinary care team. Our community provides both Short-Term Rehabilitation and Long-Term Care, supporting residents throughout their healthcare journey through comprehensive nursing services, rehabilitation therapies, social services, and personalized care designed to promote independence and quality of life.
