Join us as a Nursing Supervisor! Evening Shift!

Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 3:00-11:30 pm. Every other weekend day shift, 7:00 am -3:30 pm.

As a Nursing Supervisor for TaraVista in Devens, Massachusetts, you’ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Nursing Supervisor is an integral part of our multidisciplinary treatment team. You will provide direct care and support not only to our patients but also their families and make decisions that impact the lives of your peers, your patients, and your community. In exchange, we will care for you, as much as you care for our patients.

As a Nursing Supervisor (RN):

  • You have administrative responsibility for managing staff, overseeing patient care, and ensuring adherence to established policies and procedures
  • You are a liaison between staff, patients, and the patients’ families, as well as between staff and physicians
  • You are responsible for coverage of the Nursing Department, other hospital departments, and the hospital in general during designated shifts

The Nursing Supervisor (RN) candidates will have the following:

  • Valid RN license in Massachusetts, BSN preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance use disorders treatment modalities
  • Understanding of the Trauma-Informed Recovery model of care
  • Valid CPR certification
  • Previous experience is preferred in psychiatric or substance use disorders inpatient, restraint reduction, de-escalation, and crisis intervention
  • Crisis management and time management skills; and exhibit flexibility, creativity, be able to multi-task, and ability to manage stressful situations in a calm, organized and professional manner.

Pay Range:

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's relevant experience.

$50.43 - $62.68
