About the opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Nursing Service Coordinator to work in our South West Regional Office located in Geelong.

Working closely with a team of care advisors, referral agencies and service providers, our Nursing Service Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the rostering of nursing and allied health services, and support of a team of Nurses to ensure the right employee is rostered to provide the right service, to the right client, at the right time. The role is also responsible for managing the stock levels of nursing equipment and supplies, as well as liaising with external providers.

• A safe, sensible approach with a practical understanding of people’s physical limitations.

• The ability to be flexible and adapt to meet clients’ individual needs.

• Nursing or Allied Health experience is desirable.

You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:

• A current NDIS Workers Screening Check

• Proof of current influenza vaccination and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders.

• Valid Driver's License

• First Aid Certificate that includes CPR

• Relevant Qualification.
