As a member of a Home Care Team, reporting to the Manager Health Services, the incumbent functions as part of the multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of a consistent standard of client nursing services. This is achieved through responsible management of nursing staff and other resources. Nursing Resource Coordinators supervise and manage their staff according to the MNU collective agreement, CRNM Standards of Practice and Operational Standards for the Visiting Nurse Program.
À titre de membre d’une équipe de soins à domicile et relevant du ou de la gestionnaire des services de santé, la personne titulaire de ce poste fait partie de l’équipe multidisciplinaire et veille à assurer une prestation uniforme des services infirmiers aux clients. Elle y parvient grâce à une gestion responsable du personnel infirmier et des autres ressources. Les coordonnateurs et coordonnatrices des ressources infirmières supervisent et gèrent leur personnel conformément à la convention collective de la MNU, aux normes d’exercices de la CRNM et aux normes opérationnelles du programme de soins infirmiers à domicile.
