Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our nursing home, including supervision of staff, management of resources, and coordination of services
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as accreditation standards
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other team members to ensure high-quality care and seamless communication
• Manage the facility's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and financial sustainability
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor quality of care, address concerns, and provide feedback to staff
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator (or related role)
• Strong leadership and management skills, with ability to inspire and motivate staff
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances
