Over the past several years, Essentia Health St. Mary’s Hospital-Superior has grown its inpatient census, added service lines, and brought more care to the Wisconsin side of the Twin Ports. As the senior nursing leader at this 25-bed critical access hospital and Level IV Trauma Center, you will direct the delivery of nursing care across the house — partnering with the hospital administrator, medical staff, and providers to keep patients moving smoothly across the care continuum. You will thrive here if you lead from the floor as much as the office, enjoy building structure and accountability into a close-knit team, and want what you build to matter.
