Bring your skills to the heart of critical care. Join the CFH IMCU in a unique Nursing Assistant/US Techretary role that combines hands-on patient support with the teamwork, communication and organization essential to a fast-paced critical care environment.
This role also supports the coordination and communication needed to keep the IMCU team and patient care environment running efficiently.
The CFH IMCU is led by an experienced nurse leader who began her own healthcare career in a secretary role before becoming a nurse and progressing into nursing leadership. That experience gives her a unique understanding of the different roles that come together to provide exceptional patient care.
Her leadership approach combines coaching, positive change and high standards, with a focus on helping team members grow professionally while creating an environment where new ideas are encouraged.
Recognition is also an important part of the unit's culture. Team member accomplishments are regularly celebrated, and the unit finds meaningful—and sometimes fun—ways to recognize individuals who step up, support their teammates and contribute to positive outcomes.
With an open-door leadership approach and a willingness to work alongside the team when needed, the focus is on addressing challenges together and keeping quality patient care at the center of everything the unit does.
“I've been in your shoes, I've lived through the struggles, and together we will be solution-focused to any barriers that come our way.”
We're searching for team members who value collaboration, accountability, compassionate patient care and being part of a team that supports one another.
If you're looking for more than just your next position—and want a team where your contribution is noticed, your growth is encouraged and your work makes a difference—the CFH IMCU could be a great place to grow.
