Woking Outpatients is a highly skilled, multidisciplinary department providing a wide range of specialist clinics and procedures from Monday to Saturday. To support the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care, staff are encouraged to develop a broad range of competencies, including phlebotomy, ECG recording, and strong IT skills. These skills enhance flexibility within the workforce and enable staff to effectively support the diverse needs of patients and clinical teams across multiple specialties.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Nursing Associate to join the Outpatients team at Nuffield Health Woking Hospital.
As a Nursing Associate, you will play a vital role within our multidisciplinary team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. You will contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care, helping us maintain the exceptional standards our patients expect.

To succeed in this role, you will have:
A Level 5 Nursing Associate qualification (Foundation Degree or Level 5 Diploma of Higher Education)
Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a Nursing Associate
A positive, proactive and professional approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Strong organisational and time-management skills
A flexible approach to working patterns and responsibilities
A commitment to continuous professional development
The ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving clinical environment
Desirable skills and experience include:
Phlebotomy
ECG recording and interpretation awareness
Good IT and digital literacy skills
A patient-centred approach with excellent customer service skills
The ability to work across multiple specialties and respond to changing service demands

Our Woking Hospital is a leading private hospital in Surrey, South East England. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional standards of treatment and care in our state-of-the-art facilities and CPD programme. Our specialities include Women’s and Men’s health, Orthopaedics, and Eye Care with many more available. We are registered for 27 beds with en-suite facilities on the Ward, two Theatres with facilities including lamina flow and one Minor Operating Theatre, Pre-Assessment,
Physiotherapy clinic, Onsite Pharmacy, Mammography, Xray and Ultrasound, with nine consulting rooms in Outpatients.
