
A Nursing Assistant on the CVU Cardiac Unit provides intermediate care to the cardiac surgery patients directly following the recovery phase in CVR and post-op until discharge. This unit can also cares for cardiovascular patients of all diagnoses requiring this a higher level of care.
What You'll Do:
Clerical duties as needed for the unit
Assist the nursing staff by performing selected nursing procedures and routine patient care duties
Function within the scope of training and instruction received under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
