Overview

Bring your skills where they're needed most—with the flexibility and variety of a PRN Float Pool role. Join the Nursing Assistant Float Pool and support patients and nursing teams across different clinical areas while building experience throughout the hospital.

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant Float Pool facilitates patient care by providing basic physical care and nursing procedures, assisting with patient comfort measures and helping maintain a clean, safe and organized care environment.

As a member of the Float Pool, you'll support different patient care areas based on staffing and operational needs, giving you the opportunity to work with a variety of teams and patient populations.

Qualifications

🎓 Education

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Post-high-school specialized training preferred

📋 Experience, Licensure & Certification

Candidates must meet one of the following:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience, OR
• Valid Florida Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license

Additionally:

• BLS required
