This position may float to ER/ACU. This is a union position.
Provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of an RN or LPN/LVN. Assists residents in activities of daily living, to sup of daily living, provides for personal care, comfort, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for patients and an assigned group of residents. NAC will float to Acute Care or Non Skilled Swing Bed Unit as needed for safe staffing after unit orientation.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports and business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, patients, customers, and the general public.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
