Key Responsibilities:

  Attend to customers and assist with basic inquiries

  Support the pharmacist with non-dispensing tasks

  Take and record basic vital signs (where required)

  Assist with patient guidance on medication use as directed by the pharmacist

  Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the pharmacy
• 
  Help manage stock, arrange shelves, and monitor product expiry dates
• 
  Keep accurate records of patient interactions and services
• 
  Ensure a friendly and professional customer experience

Requirements

Requirements:

• 
  Certification or training as a Nursing Assistant or Health Care Assistant
• 
  Previous experience in a pharmacy, clinic, or hospital is an advantage
• 
  Good communication and interpersonal skills
• 
  Basic knowledge of healthcare practices
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• 
  Must be polite, attentive, and customer-focused
• 
  Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
