RCC invites you to apply for an Adjunct Nursing Instructor position at our Glenns and Warsaw campuses and our remote clinical agencies to provide laboratory and clinical supervision for all levels of nursing students. Several part-time opportunities are available, including:

Nursing faculty work across programs to provide for the educational needs of students. Adjunct instructors are invited and encouraged to participate in the governance of the nursing unit.

Nursing Didactic Instructors(s) for Associate Degree in Nursing ( ADN) program:
Minimum requirements: Master’s degree in Nursing, or hold a baccalaureate degree and be actively enrolled in a graduate program. RN license with two years of direct client care experience.

Nursing Laboratory/Clinical Instructors(s) for Associate Degree in Nursing ( ADN) program:
Minimum requirements: Baccalaureate degree or hold an associate degree and be actively enrolled in a baccalaureate program. RN license with two years of direct client care experience.

Nursing Didactic/Laboratory/Clinical Instructors (s) for the Practical Nursing (PN) program:
Minimum requirements: Baccalaureate degree in nursing, or hold an associate degree and be actively enrolled in a baccalaureate degree program. RN license with two years of direct client care experience.

Nurse Aide Instructor(s):
Minimum requirements: Licensed practical nurse, at least one-year direct client care experience as a nurse. Evidence of completion of the Nurse Aide Train-the-Trainer course or willingness to complete within 30 days of hire.

Nursing Didactic Instructors(s) for Associate Degree in Nursing ( ADN) program:
Preferred requirements: Critical Care, Maternal-Child Nursing, Pediatric Nursing and/or Mental Health Nursing experience desirable in addition to medical/surgical experience. At least one year of experience teaching pre-licensure education preferred. Must possess a strong desire to teach adult learners.

Nursing Laboratory/Clinical Instructors(s) for Associate Degree in Nursing ( ADN) program:
