Star Services LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurses to join our team on a full-time, 12-month contract basis. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of patients and their families every day.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans
- Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
- Adhere to all healthcare protocols and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license in the state of employment
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records systems
