Bright Sparks Nursery is seeking an inspiring, dedicated Nursery Manager to lead our caring and passionate team in Ipswich.

We are looking for a leader who can:

  • inspire learning, creativity and curiosity every day
  • build strong, trusted relationships with families
  • support and develop a committed staff team
  • shape the future of our nursery and help every child shine.

This is a full-time leadership role during term time that is suitable for an experienced early years professional with a Level 3 qualification or above, strong knowledge of the EYFS, and a genuine passion for making a difference.
