We are currently recruiting for a Nursery Cook at our Brand New Ashcroft setting in central Fareham, to take responsibility for the preparation of all meals served at the nursery in line with agreed menus.
Qualification and experience required for the role
Hold current Level 2 minimum Food Hygiene, Food Safety, Health & Hygiene or equivalent Certificate.
Minimum 2 years catering experience.
Experience working in a busy school / nursery kitchen
Knowledge of food allergens
COSHH Knowledge
Able to work in a fast passed environment
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Have a positive attitude
Reliable and trustworthy
Ability to manage a day to day workload with a flexible approach to prioritising work
Good rapport with children
