Mater Private Hospital Townsville is seeking applications from experienced Registered Nurses who are ready to take the next step in their leadership careers as the Nurse Unit Manager - Scrub, Scout & Theatre Orderlies, Pimlico Theatres
This is a permanent full-time leadership opportunity, offering the successful applicant the chance to lead a highly skilled perioperative team and contribute to the ongoing delivery of safe, high-quality patient care and operational excellence within the department. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Clinical Service - Perioperative you will oversee day-to-day unit operations, workforce planning, staff performance and development, recruitment activities, resource management and quality improvement initiatives. Through visible and supportive leadership, you will champion best practice standards, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to exceptional patient outcomes within a dynamic perioperative environment.
Salary range: $75.40 - $81.09 per hour plus superannuation and access to not-for-profit salary packaging up to $15,900 + access to many staff benefits!
