Hillcrest Health & Living is hiring a Full-Time Night Shift Nurse Tech to join the clinical team at Hillcrest Firethorn in Lincoln.

Starting Pay:
$18.00+ per hour, based on experience
Shift Differential: Additional shift differential available for eligible night shift hours

About the Role
As a Nurse Tech, you’ll be an important part of the care team, supporting residents and guests with daily needs while helping create a safe, comfortable, and compassionate environment overnight.

What You’ll Do
• Assist residents and guests with daily living needs
• Support nurses and clinical team members with resident care
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Provide friendly, respectful, and compassionate support
• Respond to resident needs throughout the night
• Build trust with residents, families, and team members
• Contribute to a positive team culture focused on quality care
What We’re Looking For
• An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska
• Experience working with the elderly and providing personal care services in a long-term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred
• A caring, dependable, and team-focused approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced care environment
