Nurse Tech – Hillcrest Shadow Lake
Location: Hillcrest Shadow Lake
Address: 1507 E Gold Coast Road, Papillion, NE 68046
Schedule: Full-Time Evenings, 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m., every other weekend
Starting Pay: $18.00+ per hour, depending on experience
Hillcrest Health & Living is currently seeking a Nurse Tech to join our team at Hillcrest Shadow Lake in Papillion, NE.
Hillcrest Shadow Lake provides long-term nursing care and memory care in a welcoming, homelike environment. Located near shopping, churches, and CHI Midlands Hospital, the community is known for compassionate, person-centered care for aging adults in Sarpy County.
What You’ll Get to Do
• Provide quality personal care and daily living support for residents
• Assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and hygiene needs
• Support residents with meals, dining, and daily routines
• Help residents feel safe, comfortable, respected, and cared for
• Communicate resident needs or changes with nurses and care team members
• Follow care plans, safety standards, and infection control procedures
• Assist with documentation and resident support as directed
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members
What We’re Looking For
• An active CNA license in the state of Nebraska
• Completion of the 40-hour Medication Aide class preferred
• Experience working with the elderly providing personal care services in a long-term care, post-acute, hospital, or similar setting preferred
• A compassionate, dependable team member who enjoys caring for others
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
• Ability to work full-time days and every other weekend
